Transforming Age Nutrition Assistant in Seattle, Washington
Skyline is an upscale retirement community located in Seattle's First Hill neighborhood. As Seattle’s only True Life Care retirement community, we offer our residents independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation services, memory care, and skilled nursing.
We are recruiting for 2 Nutrition Assistants for our assisted living community.
Schedule & Hours:
FT: Monday - Friday (7am - 2pm)
PT: Weeknights (4-7pm) plus 1 weekend day

Serve residents meals in a professional manner.
Pick up prepared carts before meals, and return to kitchen after meals.
Direct CNAs to serve meals to residents.
Verify accuracy of pre-plated meals for Modified Textures, Diet adherence, and quality, of food including: temperature, texture, and appearance and report discrepancies to the CDM for follow up.
Add beverages to trays according to Diet Order
Assist/feed residents as needed.
Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
Audit inventory PAR levels of service ware items sent back from the kitchen to assure supply for meal service.
Check inventory PAR levels and refill as needed for snacks, juices, and thickened liquids.
Attend all in-services as required.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining room utilizing control point logs and checklists provided.
Reset the dining room after meals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with staff and external constituents.
Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
High School or equivalent
Required - First Aid, CPR, Food Handlers Card
Preferred - CNA, NAR, HCA
